How it works
Jabal-Amel — Hope & Help is a free, non-profit space for mutual aid. No sales, no fees, no fundraising — just people helping people.

Give / Donate
Give items you no longer need. Free, always — never ask for payment.
Swap / Exchange
Exchange goods or skills fairly and kindly. No money changes hands.
Need help
Ask for practical help: an item, an errand, a repair, a service.
Volunteer transport
Volunteer drivers share seats for medical visits, school, or errands. Fuel contributions are not arranged through the app.
Simple, safe exchanges
- Meet in daylight in a public place — a pharmacy, a municipality, a busy café.
- Bring a friend or family member when you can.
- Never share your home address publicly or send money to anyone.
- Trust your instincts. If something feels wrong, stop and report it.
This is not an emergency service
We cannot dispatch help. In an emergency in Lebanon, call the Red Cross on 140, Civil Defence on 125, or the Internal Security Forces on 112.
Coming later
Scholarships, partnerships with foundations and diaspora NGOs, and optional phone notifications are planned for future versions.
